HISTORY:
The Faculty of Management Sciences ESUT was established in 1986 from the former Anambra State University of Technology (ASUTECH).

The Faculty of Management Science (FMS) at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology currently houses eight departments, namely:
1. Accountancy
2. Banking and Finance
3. Business Administration
4. Cooperative Economics Management (CEM)
5. Marketing
6. Mass Communication
7. Insurance and Risk Management
8. Public Administration.


MISSION/VISON:
The mission statement: To produce graduates that can favorably compete with the counterparts all over the world and to promote scholarship, especially in the areas of sciences, management and technology, thereby ensuring the development of quality manpower that will utilize technology for the services of the society.

The vision statement: to be an outstanding international respected faculty in the university with strong commitment to rigorous scholarship that promotes services to humanity through quality teaching, research and community social responsibility.
