In a significant move to uphold excellence in medical education, the Management Team of Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), led by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Aloysius Michaels Okolie, today conducted a comprehensive inspection of the newly upgraded Multi-Purpose Medical Laboratory at the ESUT College of Medicine.

This initiative aligns with the university’s unwavering commitment to establishing a world-class medical school, equipped with modern learning facilities that meet the stringent standards of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).

The Provost of ESUT College of Medicine, Prof. Uchenna Ekwochi, guided the Vice Chancellor and other top management officials around the college premises, showcasing key facilities including:
- Advanced Medical Laboratories
- Lecture Halls
- Students’ Hostels
- Other critical learning and research infrastructures*

Expressing satisfaction with the facilities, Prof. Okolie affirmed that ESUT College of Medicine is fully compliant with global best practices in medical training. He reiterated the university’s dedication to producing highly skilled medical professionals capable of competing globally.
