Clearance and Collection of Academic Gowns in the faculties continues
11:00 am: Research and Innovation Exhibition coordinated by the Directorate of Research and Innovation
Venue: ESUT Pavilion, Ebeano City, ESUT.

Wednesday, NOVEMBER 19th, 2025
10:00 am: Inter-Faculty Research Ideation Challenge – Grand Finale
Venue: Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah Multi-Purpose Auditorium, Ebeano City, ESUT.

Thursday November 20th 2025:
11:00 am: Students’ Day Coordinated by the Dean, Students’ Affairs featuring:
Students’ Quiz and Debate Competition, Cultural Performances by Students and
Special Performance by the ESUT Choir.
Venue: Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah Multi-Purpose Auditorium, Ebeano City ESUT.
4.00 pm: Volleyball Match -Hostel Residents Versus Lodge Residents (Female)
Venue: ESUT Volleyball Court, Ebeano City.

Friday, November 21st 2025:
8 am: Registration, accreditation of graduands and collection of academic gowns continue
10:00 am - Alumni Day: "A Day of Eulogies and Tributes in Honour of the Icon and Pillar of the Modern-Day ESUT Alumni Association, Late Chief, Engr., Dr. Innocent I. Akuvue, KSJI, Hon DBA (ESUT), Ozo Ochudo Nibo"/ Interactive Session among Alumni-Alumnae/Industry Professionals/ Networking Session
Venue: ESUT Alumni Centre, Ebeano City, ESUT.
1:00 pm: Convocation Lecture:
Convocation Lecturer: Rt. Hon. Dr. Tajudeen Abbas, Hon. Speaker, House of Representatives, Fed. Republic of Nigeria
Venue: Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah Multi-Purpose Auditorium, Ebeano City, ESUT.
4.00 pm: Volleyball Match – Hostel Residents Versus Lodge Residents (Male)

Saturday, November 22nd, 2025:
10:00 am - 3:00 pm: Convocation ceremony for the award of first, higher and honorary degrees, including presentation of special awards and prizes.
Venue: ESUT Pavilion, Ebeano City, ESUT.
Collection of Certificates and return of academic gowns continues.

Sunday, November 23rd, 2025:
10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Thanksgiving Mass/Church Service for graduates and their families
Venue: Holy Ghost Cathedral, Ogui Enugu /Cathedral Church of Good Shephard, Independence Layout, Enugu (Concurrent Sessions).
12:00 – 2:00 pm: Farewell brunch for graduates and university officials that attended the church service.
